any responsibility for direct or indirect damage
resulting from the use of site documents or data.
It must also be remembered that fraudulent access
or use of information systems, tampering with information
systems, and fraudulent insertion or modification
of data in information systems are liable to prosecution.
Access is free of charge. Rates covering access
and use of telecommunication networks are invoiced
to the client, under the contractual terms applied
by Internet providers and telecommunication operators.

2. Intellectual and industrial property rights |

All site contents, namely data, designs, graphics, pictures, downloads, are protected under the intellectual property rights detained by BNP Paribas Assurance or partners. These rights cover both the site form and contents, which remain the sole and exclusive property of BNP Paribas Assurance.
Consequently, full or partial data reproduction,
representation, insertion, use, modification, circulation,
retransmission, translation, sale or reuse are strictly
prohibited, without prior express written authorization
from BNP Paribas Assurance.
Violations of the above will be judged as acts of
piracy (counterfeiting) under article L713-2 of
the Code on Intellectual Property, involving the
civil and criminal liability of the perpetrator.
BNP Paribas Assurance declines any civil liability
in cases of fraudulent use of all or part of its
site. The criminal sanction for piracy will be applied
as per articles L335 – 2 and following, of
the Code on Intellectual Property. |
